Here are a few fresh pix Denise has uploaded from her continuing adventures with Mini Takes The States. We are also in receipt of some hot new video that we will be sending down the iTunes pipeline later today.
Here is Denise’s report for today:
MTTS started in San Diego California on Saturday August 7th at 7am with a Poker run to LA for me and several of my West Coast MINI club friends. We ended in LA for the official MTTS LA Launch and MINIcross driving event & new MINI Countryman Launch party.
Sunday 8/8 was LA to Phoenix AZ for a MTTS Pool party at the host hotel.
Monday 8/9 was Phoenix AZ to Las Vegas via Route 66 and Oatman to say “Hi” to the Donkey’s. Party at Mandalay’s “MINUS 5″ lounge in Vegas that evening. When 3 of us pulled into Vegas, we did a full video interview for MINI USA about the trip so far and our MINIs.
Tuesday 8/10 was Vegas to Salt Lake City. Another opportunity to get in front of the camera was offered (and I relunctantly … lol … abliged). I had a couple video cameras attached to Diablita, and a videographer in the car as we drove down the Vegas Strip! Sooooo awesome! A long day of driving after that, and a small party at MINI of Murray in Salt Lake City before hitting the hotel for the night.
Wednesday 8/11 was Salt Lake City to Grand Junction Colorado. By far the BEST day for me, as we did a jaunt to the Bonnelville Salt Flats for a run on the salt. Did 110mph on the run with the top down and full of luggage! Tooooo fun!!! Car wash, lunch, then a beautiful drive to Grand Junction to get a good nights sleep!!!
Today, Tuesday 8/12 we are heading to Winterpark Colorado to start MINIs in the Mountains (another MINI event) along our route to the final destination of DENVER for MINI Takes the States! What a trip this has been!!!!
Denise will be reporting all along the way through MTTS and Mini’s In The Mountains as she reaches Denver.

Against the back-drop of the London skyline and in amongst the green fields of Mudchute Farm, MINI ‘Open Air’ celebrations for the launch of the new Countryman culminated in performances by “Urban meets Country” music producer Timbaland with singer/songwriter Michelle Branch, doing their duo “Getaway” along with favourite smash-hits from both artists.
In attendance along with 500+ wild MINI fans we happened upon our chosen MIniology babe of the month for August, Ms. Eva Herzigova!
Born in Litvínov, Czechoslovakia on 10 March 1973, she’s been modeling since around 16 years old wearing everything from wonderbras, guess jeans, victoria’s secret, sports illustrated, and then wearing a bit less when she posed for playboy magazine in august 2004. Other claims to fame include playing Venus for the 2006 Winter Olympics opening ceremony, but we like her best standing in front of this lovely MINI!
Single guys may want to know that since she dumped Bon Jovi drummer Tico Torres in 1998, she’s had one son (George) but otherwise appears to be available! We looked through the Countryman accessory catalog but couldn’t find the Eva option as part of MINI’s new Chili package. May have to wait until September to see if they can somehow include her as an optional upgrade, though we guess the maintenance costs would be quite high 
Miniology’s own Moxielicious will be on hand to cover all of the happenings at Mini Takes The States 2010, the New York edition, starting August 5th.
With our other hottie, Denise Mueller, reporting from LA to Denver, and Rob and Norm reporting from San Francisco, this promises to be the most complete MTTS coverage you will see anywhere.

Denise and Dan (and Diabolita) are ready to cruise to Colorado.

Heather, aka Moxielicious, should be the Babe of the Century, but will have to settle for our July Babe of the Month honors…
Heather has distinguished herself for her efforts to revive the Hudson Valley Mini Club into one of the most successful clubs in North America. Furthermore, Heather and friends wowed us with her coverage of Minis On Top recently. She also look pretty damn juicy in a bikini!
